How It Works
You might say it’s Easy Peasy!
1. Order Your Lite n Easy Order From Lite N Easy
Make your Lite n Easy address is 38 Elgin St, Gunnedah
If you were using the Dubbo address before, then Lite n Easy will contact you to update your payment details because Gunnedah is serviced via Lite n Easy Qld, not NSW like Dubbo is.
If you get Lite n Easy through your Aged Care service you may have to get that service to organise an exception so that they can pay Lite n Easy QLD. Talk to your Aged Care provider and make sure everything is sorted before booking Easy Peasy.
Remember we can't help with Lite n Easy issues
Cut off for Lite n Easy orders is 3pm Tuesdays
2. Book Your Delivery with Easy Peasy
If you are ordering Lite n Easy weekly, then set up a recurring delivery from Gunnedah by Easy Peasy in the shop link on this website, Choose weekly, fortnightly, three weekly, monthly or a once off.
The first time you set up your delivery online via Easy Peasy an account will be created.
Take note of your password so you can go in and change your account details or subscription at any time (you can suspend your subscription while you are on holidays for example). You can reset your password any time with the ‘I forgot my password link’
If you are a Cooinda Community Services customer then they can help you set up your account and your support person will bring your order to you so you don’t need to worry about anything.
Your recurring payment will not stop until you cancel
You will be issued an electronic receipt you can use to claim back from services
3. If you live in Coonabarabran town area then we will deliver to your door.
You don’t need to fumble around with cash because the heavy lifting has already been done!
If you are outside of town then you will need to organise with someone in Coonabarabran town area an address where we can deliver to. Business or private address, we don’t mind.
Your delivery will be in Coonabarabran usually between 10am and 3pm but occasionally might be later depending on how late Lite N Easy delivers in Gunnedah. You can usually rely on your order being in Coonabarabran about 90 minutes after your SMS notification from Lite N Easy that your order has been delivered.
