How It Works
You might say it’s Easy Peasy!
1. Order Your Lite n Easy Order
Make your Lite n Easy address is 38 Elgin St, Gunnedah
If you were using the Dubbo address before, then Lite n Easy will contact you to update your payment details because Gunnedah is serviced via Lite n Easy Qld, not NSW like Dubbo is.
If you get Lite n Easy through your Aged Care service you may have to get that service to organise an exception so that they can pay Lite n Easy QLD. Talk to your Aged Care provider and make sure everything is sorted before booking Easy Peasy.
Remember we can't help with Lite n Easy issues
Cut off for Lite n Easy orders is 3pm Tuesdays
2. Book Your Delivery with Easy Peasy
If you are ordering Lite n Easy weekly, then set up a recurring delivery from Gunnedah here, or fortnightly, or a once off.
The first time you set up your delivery online via Easy Peasy an account will be created. You can go in and change your account details at any time (so you can suspend your subscription while you are on holidays for example).
Your recurring payment will not stop until you cancel
You will be issued an electronic receipt you can use to claim back from services
3. Pick up from SPACE 41 Dalgarno Street after 2pm Thursdays (sometimes earlier)
But you don’t need to fumble around with cash because the heavy lifting has already been done!
Check you are picking up the right box
Make sure you have someone pick the box up within 24 hours
