Who Is Easy Peasy?

In the first half of 2024 the local courier that brought Lite n’ Easy from Dubbo to Coonabarabran ceased offering the service. This caused a great deal of distress in the community.
Allison Reynolds (me!) has Multiple Sclerosis and other autoimmune diseases that make life difficult and pre-made meals gives back time that pain and fatigue from disease can steal away while preparing and cooking meals.
Lite n Easy delivery to Coonabarabran is an essential service in Allison’s eyes, so she sought to create a solution.
Allison has a background in corporate management as well as small business development/ownership and not-for-profit organisations. You might already know some of her work -the Coonabarabran Computer Hospital which she opened in John St and later sold, or SPACE (41 Dalgarno Street) which she procured funding and founded as president of Creatives Collective ARI inc.
Allison identified that the current issues with logistics were – cash and cash handling, receipt writing, differentiation between Lite n Easy and the delivery service.
She set out to solve those problems by making an easy online payment system that provides electronic receipts. She also negotiated a drop off point in Gunnedah (Thank you PK PODIATRY!) to reduce the time that boxes are on the road. She also is stringent in reminding users that Easy Peasy is in no way connected to Lite n Easy.
Easy Peasy contracts a local driver to bring the Lite n Easy boxes from Gunnedah to Coonabarabran – keeping the funds and work local.
Contact is preferred by email because Allison lives in the Pilliga and mobile service can be unreliable. If you have any other questions then please fill in the box below.

So that’s the story (Thanks John S. for suggesting this page!)
